The Carnival program is a big part of the the rugby and netball Carnivals.

Once a team's nomination has been confirmed the following is needed for the Carnival program.

1 TEAM PLAYING COLOURS

Please state the team's playing colours, eg., blue and gold hoops, Red with white horizontal stripe, etc.

2 TEAM LISTS
In 2009 around 60 teams will appear in the rugby program and and possibly even more in the netball.  Sending a draft list in as soon as possible saves a huge amount of time finishing off the program closer to the event. All lists must be received by the deadline stated or they may not be published in the program.

Either download the list template for RUGBY or NETBALL and return the completed excel document to Worldsport, or, send through the information in an email or as an attached text document.

If not using the downloaded template, please provide the team information as below.

3 PHOTOGRAPH - HEAD SHOT
For this year's program a photograph of a player from each team will accompany the team list.  The photo can be of any player but the captain would be preferable.  The player is to be wearing the uniform that will be used at the Carnival and will be used as a means by which others may identify different teams.

The photo should be in JPG or PDF format and of sufficiently high resolution for printing. If possible, make the background of the photograph a plain colour that contrasts with the jersey/playing top. If the playing jersey/top has a crest or emblem please ensure that it appears in the photo.
