Application forms for the 2009 Canterbury Gold Coast Netball Carnival are now available.

Step 1

Once your team representative has completed the GCNC Application Form it must be either posted to the below address or sent via FAX (+61 7) 54372911. Part of the uniqueness of this holiday/netball event lies in the flexibility offered to each participating tour group.

Step 2

After receiving your completed application form, WorldSport will tailor a tour to suit your particular needs. If you wish to tour for longer (or less) than the normal week-long GCNC period, simply inform us and this will be organised.

Step 3

A draft itinerary complying with all requests and information supplied together with other details covering travel arrangements, accommodation, leisure activities, etc., will then be sent to you at the nominated address. Total and per head costs will be included in this round of correspondence.

Note: Up to this point you are under no obligation at all to attend the Carnival.

Step 4

After the intial costing, one amendment will be allowed free of charge, after which no further amendments will be allowed until a deposit has been received. Should you then decide to participate in the 2008 event WorldSport must be notified as soon as possible and a “Carnival Deposit” paid.

Step 5

Please note: Because tours vary in group size, length of stay, activity choices, accommodation type etc., it is impossible to provide an average tour cost until an application has been received and processed.
