Part of the uniqueness of this holiday/rugby event lies in
the flexibility offered to each participating tour group.
Step 2
After receiving
your completed application form, WorldSport will tailor a
rugby tour to suit your particular needs. As we mentioned,
here are some sample ideas to
consider (costs are indicative only).
If you wish to tour
for longer (or less) than the period of the GCRC / PBCTF,
simply inform us and this will be organised.
Step 3
A draft itinerary
complying with all requests and information supplied together
with other details covering travel arrangements, accommodation,
leisure activities, etc., will then be sent to you at the
nominated address. Total and per head costs will be included
in this round of correspondence.
Note:
Up to this point you are under no obligation at all to attend
the Carnival.
Step 4
After the intial costing, one amendment
will be allowed free of charge, after which no further
amendments will be allowed until a deposit has been received.
Should you then decide to participate in the 2009 event(s)
WorldSport must be notified as soon as possible and a “Carnival
Deposit” paid.
Step 5
Confirmation of
Participation should be received on or before the 1st February
2009. Full details of the payment schedule, the refund policy
and other necessary information is available by clicking the
rtelevant links on the Tour
Managers Info page of the Worldsport website
Please
note:
Because
tours vary in group size, length of stay, activity choices,
accommodation type etc., it is impossible to provide an average
tour cost until an application has been received and processed.
Other
than for exceptional circumstances, all travel and accommodation
arrangements MUST be made by Worldsport |
